This project intends to meet the demand and to explore a new approach to visualize an interactive approach for commercial office. The 9 storied with 2-Basements Impetus Commercial building is situated within commercial strip at Tejgaon- Gulshan Link Road on a site of 1968.26 sqm area.
An office complex invites different types of offices & people to accommodate in a common ground. They used to spend all the day long at office. The basic intention of this design is to create a soothing, pleasant, weather friendly, energy efficient office environment to enhance the quality work.
Gulshan link road is a very busy commercial hub which demands an urban pocket to provide its own entry harbor. The curvi-linear mass with triple height inviting space formulates the entry volume with a wide open space in front. Each floor is equipt with open uninterrupted working space, open terrace and garden. Height of the false ceiling, northern glazed surface without glare ,controlled ambience enhance The space quality.
Extra amenities like swimming pool, roof top garden restaurant,gym,attracts the officials not only of this building but also from the entire community of adjacent offices.Layered green spaces,water and sky are the integral part of this building as a whole. In the half hector land accommodating all the requirements around quarter hector of green space is provided-a little contribution to our loving mother nature.
