The 8-Storied with 03-basements commercial building consist of 4700.99 sqm built area which is located on a site area of 669.14 sqm. The design evolved by Two sweeping curvi-linear mass with a gap in between creates an urban pocket forming the entry volume which cut the people off the road and proclaims its own harbor.
The overall building is clearly divided into served & service space offering an uninterrupted working space connected with bridges at each floor. The curvi-linear facade sweeps inside offers a visual depth, creating a dynamic spatial dialogue with the people working inside & the context around. A soothing and energy efficient environment is intended to create with green walls, garden along the bridges at alternative floors, over-viewing sky roof reducing the cooling load inside.
The building is equipped with modern facilities, amenities as it is maintained by an advanced building system with automation controlling every corner in aspects of central air conditioning illumination, security, fire hazard and vigilance.
