RAJUK Commercial Complex cum Car Parking Building is a project containing diversified functions such as multi-level parking facilities, retail, office etc. The project was commissioned to us after winning a selected competition. The location of the project is at the commercial heart of Dhaka city which is Gulshan. The area has a very high traffic. As the area is occupied mostly with commercial buildings, the pressure on parking facility is immense.
Thus the project was formulated in order to meet the increasing demand of parking needs. So the major function of the project was multi-layered rentable parking facility. As it’s a project containing a 12942.38 sqm built area, to make it viable other supporting functions like retail and office spaces came along the way. These diversified functions are all fitted in together in one single building.
